RJ was very helpful in ordering tires and scheduling the appointment. Nathan was very helpful the day of service in answering any questions and getting things taken care of quickly. He called us as soon as the vehicle was ready for pickup. He explained the alignment and the need for brake replacements soon. Very convenient location for us, so we were pleased with the great service and will likely return. Thanks!

The Midas shop on Dorothy is under new and improved management. My level of confidence is greater and this (oil, filter and tire rotation) service is a tremendous value. There are still quality issues there. This trip they failed to update the window sticker leaving the old one. Since the car keeps us honest with a very annoying red indicator demanding an oil change I'm not too concerned. It's also very nice that this Carfax app is updated too.

Always friendly and work on car gets done fast

They didn't do anything to replace the tire that blew out. They told carfax they did a battery chexk, etc. They didn't do that either.

Clean, friendly

Not happy. Brought car in for Noon appointment and told it would be ready in about an hour. Came back in little over an hour and car had not even been moved yet. I had to wait about another 40-45 minutes for work to get done. Very disappointing. Also there was a change in management late last year, I think it was. They replaced a great customer service, pleasent manager with two guys who appear not to care and one of them is out right rude. The other seems like he really doesn't care.

Very kind man at the counter

This use to be a very reliable car repair facility. Recently it has gone downhill with the knowledge and personal care. Not very friendly and welcoming. Even though I had an appointment, they were shorthanded and not many vehicles for service. I spent 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check my battery and they never did. The attendant said the mechanic couldn't find the battery? Not the answer I was looking for.

very condisending and rude. didn't look like they wanted to help us because we went it for a warranty alignment claim. we have the 3 year warranty plan with them. they didn't bother to check our wheel balance either. would not recommend this location

The lady at the front counter is very friendly, helped me throughout the entire process. The service was quick, and they were more than happy to hold my vehicle for me until I arrived to retrieve it

horrible they broke my hood latch.. i had to replace it they did not never go there

Rj was great both yesterday And today The crew is very wonderful Ana you’re blessed to have them. Ravon was beyond helpful first with my 91 year old mother couple days earlier Ana thanksgiving again with this visit. Congratulation i have already told my entire family with about 9 cars to go nowhere else and ask for ravon

Everything was done well and in a timely fashion, and the staff were polite and nice to be around.
