Matt Litwin completed the tire repair on my vehicle within 2 hours even though I didn't have an appointment and there was a nationwide computer outage the night before. I was warned at drop off that it may take some time today, and am very pleased at the speed with which they took care of me. Finally, because I purchased my tire there, it was NO CHARGE to me. This is the kind of customer service every retailer should provide. Thank you!
