Staff service and timely manner

Service was performed for a reasonable price. John, the agent, was very accommodating.

This is the only location that my family and I use for our services. Everyone there has always gone above and beyond to help us, and this time is was Dwight's turn. He truly worked with me on suggesting the best tires for my truck, got me a great price and I just had them installed today.

The desk associates were ok, not really that friendly or very pleasant, but did the job. The tech who performed the tire replacements seemed very competent and followed the detailed instructions I provided to hand tighten all lugs and carefully set the torque to the prescribed foot-pounds. (on my previous visit 2 years ago, it was not done, and many were overtightened, and they use the impact which should never happened) At any rate the most recent visit the technician did a good job! He was also more friendly and pleasant to interact with then the desk workers! I don't know his name but let him know he is doing a good job there!!
