female traveling alone got flat in miami had 200 miles to travel.AAA only helped with tire change my spare can only go so many miles. Quinten and Jose were awesome took great care of me got me back on the road within minutes of arriving at their location. i had no appointment but they understood my urgency. they knew i was not local and would probably never return to this location. they still gave exceptional customer service. i highly recomend this location. thank you again Quentin and Jose you too are awesome. i cannot thank these too enough. my Husband really appreciates you too helping me get home save. I usually take my car to the Doral TK on 87 Ave but, since my car was stalling and I was closer to this location, I took my car here instead. The minute I drove my car off the lot, it stalled. The mechanic that worked on my car was gone and the 2nd mechanic refused to look at it claiming he could not for liability sake. Did the mechanic not test drive my car after fixing it? Very disappointing. I love the Doral location. The managers there are fantastic and keep great communication.
