Miguel, Ozzie, and the tire tech (don’t recall his name) were very helpful and polite. They took care of me even though I didn’t have a set appt. I was able to get back on the road fast and not lose too much time… time is money.

The associate Ozzy and mechanic Jared were excellent. I was highly disappointed to see how the understaffing caused calls to be placed on hold for a long time as well as the time to answer questions by the customers at the store. I have been going to this store since 1976, and I have never seen the lack of staffing until the present time. I know it's has be one of your busies store in the Miami. The number of staff needs to improve to improve customer satisfaction. A longtime loyal customer, Osvaldo
