Everyone was friendly. The service was on time and fast.

The counter person (Justin) that helped me was very nice. He went out of his way to get a tire to the location that fit my vehicle. He retrieved the rim and tire from my trunk and put it back in when I came to pick up. Very polite and great service. It was fast in and out drop off and picked up when they called to let me know it was ready. Customer service has been lacking everywhere for a while now. You guys are doing it right! Justin's customer service skills were on point!

I was on my lunch break and did not have an appointment. They were able to help me right away, found the nail in the tire, patched it up for me. Turns out they were running a promotion and it only cost me $12.00. I made it back to work on time. Thank you.

The staff were pleasant and professional. Justin took the time to explain everything to me, as well, as take me out to have Jim actually show me what needed to be replaced and why.
