Fast & courteous service - good experience all around!

Everytime I go I meet Dan. He's great, clearly explain everything to me.

Service was quick and friendly.

Dan Marvin, the Service Manager, is the reason I gave a high rating. He’s highly knowledgeable in the technical aspect of his job and also provides superior customer service. I wish all businesses had a Dan.

mgr made me a deal on 4 tires because the cooper tires were worn down to 5/32 and unable to fix 2 of them with 26,000 miles and 2 years old. So much for cooper tires lasting at least 50/60k. All tires worn evenly across and routinely balanced and rotated. Very grateful for being able to replace all .4 tires instead . Store managers were very helpful and understanding my concerns. Still will keep going there for my usual oil changes and repairs.

Although it took a bit longer for my car to be completed, they made sure I got the car back the same day although it was past closing time. They were very honest, straightforward and friendly plus the car was returned in top shape. The manager Dan, even fixed a noise he heard that the car did not come in with before giving it back to me. He was honest and told me that it was something they had done and made sure it was fixed before returning the car. Other places would not have done this, they would have said the car came in that way and would have charged me extra to fix it. Kudos Tire Kingdom!

Schedule online. All I had to do was check in and hand in my keys. I chose my tires on line they check to make your I ordered the correct one. Whole experience only took an hour.
