Ozzy and my mechanic were great. Explained things to me, very friendly. I love this location. I've been to another tirekingdom - on 34th and they were not that nice. I will always go to the one on 16th!! I enjoy waiting with my vehicle here because of their customer service.

Oscar was very professional, displayed competence and respect for me and explained why I was having trouble with my tires. I suspected I needed brakes and I did. The repair was completed the next day and ready for pick up at the exact time as promised. Extremely satisfied with the repair, the new tires and the entire experience.Thank you!
