Appt time was 11am I got there at 10:15 got checked in and rite after pulled my vehicle in bay exchanged battery and was back home by 11.

I found Matthew Melling to be extremely polite and sightful and well educated on the task at hand I couldn't ask for better service

"I made an appointment on line and showed up five minutes early. It took over 20 minutes of waiting to get processed and I walked across the street to a Panera to wait. I got a call an hour later and expected that I was being told the work was done. Instead I got an ""upsale"" request, which I declined in the interest of time. When I asked if the remainder of the work was done, I was told it would be an additional 45 minutes!!!! The mechanic said the ""appointment system wasn't working right,"" since it had only recently been installed. If they had told me right up front that my appointment didn't mean a thing, I would have turned around and left. Apparently Merchants Tire is more interested in upselling services and getting customers in the door than in providing real quality customer service. The guys seem nice and friendly, so I'm assuming they are just following company policy and trying to make do with poor support from the company. A month ago when I used this store for a tire rotation on another vehicle, I found two lug bolts missing and two lug bolts loose within a week, which nearly resulted in a catastrophe. I'll go to Sam's Club next time. I've learned my lesson."

New tires had to be bought in later in the day, but it really was not an issue

Bought tires with an alignment package. They installed the tires after a 5 hour wait after making an appointment a week prior. Then didnt align the truck and said they did. Very disappointed in there service.

Alignment and tire rotation was done very professionally and future problem were pointed out to me at this time. Extremely satisfied with the work done in a reasonable time.

Everything was explained to me before the work was completed, very reasonable prices,friendly staff.

Great customer service, joan got me in and out and explained the process to me very well. Very pleased with how my car rides and drives now. Overall wonderful experience and the staff was pleasant to talk too.
