We have been having issues with sidewall strength on an OEM tire for a Mazda CX9... After the second flat in a year, we needed help. Luckily, after calling around to a number of places including a dealership, I made contact with this NTB location. Matthew M. helped me out and got me squared away with a full set of new Michelins with a buy 3 get 1 free tire deal. A much better tire than what was on the car. INSANLEY FAST SERVICE. The car was turned around in less than 12 hours with the tires installed and an alignment. We came in last minute and did not have an appointment. Matt got us in and took great care of us. Exited to have new (stronger) tires on the car my kids ride in.

Your staff are so helpful & professional. Scott Collins is awesome! As a weary traveling healthcare worker, i have discovered NTB is a valuable resource for car care needs. Also thank you for having a clean ladies’ room. That may not sound like a big deal, but it is! Again a very big thank you to Scott Collins for helping me. If i am ever back in Roanoke i will definitely go back. Also now feel comfortable going to NTB in other locations for future needs.

The guy at the counter was very helpful, got stuff done in timely manner very professional, have dealt with him before extremely nice.
