Overall goodbut had to wait additional timeAfter I came back 1.5 hours after my car was drooped they had not even move it from the parking lot.

I have used NTB for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the service. The staff is always personable and thorough in the responses regarding my service.

The mechanic did his best. Service was not the best and the price was higher than others. 130.00 an hour to replace an air shock. 3 hour job. Did not warranty the labor and didn't tighten the sway bar removed to replace the shock. Midas retighten sway bar to specs and aligned all wheels.

I tore the tire wall in my drive on the way to a church meeting. I was able to limp to a neighborhood gas station and found that I couldn't get a replacement tire for 3 or4 days. I spoke to Customer Service Advisor, Kevin Gray at NTB and he told me that he had the tire I needed in stock. I brought the damaged tire to Kevin and installer, Will, stopped what he was doing to replace the tire so I could return to the local gas station in less than an hour! Kevin even loaded the tire into my wife's car! Kevin and Will are great examples of the friendly, professionals who are NTB associates. Moreover, it is clear they care about their customers. They were a big help in making our Easter weekend enjoyable. I am so glad I contacted NTB!

Took too much time and not very informative. Meaning did not give a choice before tech made decision to order new tire or which tire i preferred.

Great customer service

I guess due to my coupon customer service was rather passive. The job on tires didn't impress me. Seems like they haven't done a thing. I believe if you just walk in a an ordinary customer without a coupon a service is much better. Oh well...

Isaiah is wonderful! I called due to a lingering issue with my brakes. He scheduled me for the next morning and drop off was a breeze. He called me to update the status as soon as the problem was diagnosed and explained everything in detail. When the work was finished, he called and I was back on the road. Great customer service, fair pricing, and quality work!

Reggie was very friendly and helpful, and the tire replacement was done timely. Location is also highly convenient for me.

Everything was very efficient with my service. It was quick and I didn’t have to wait that long. The service team was friendly and the waiting area was comforting. Would definitely return in the future.
