Was able to schedule a same day appt with in stock low cost tire, dropped it off before they opened and then returned to bring them the keys instead of using the drop box since I'm close. The only call received was when car completed which was before my 2pm appt.

I had a issue at a pepboys location and needed my oil change asap and they got me in with no problem

"Although the service I made my appointment for was rendered, I was very disappointed that the technician was not able to do a diagnostic on my car. Once I arrived at the service center, I informed the technician my check engine light just came on and my car was shaking. His response was that, ""We can check on that for you."" Once my oil change was complete, I asked the technician if my check engine light was still on and if my car was still shaking. He stated the problem still persists but I can not tell you more information because "" we don't have time to do a diagnostic of you car."" For this reason, I took my car to auto zone and they were able to provide me with exact information about the check engine light and how to fix it. I was disappointed that you all were not able to even give me an idea of what was going on because you claimed you ""didn't have time."" When I left, there was only one car left in the shop and a gentleman waiting out front that had been assisted already. Personally, I felt there was time even though you all didn't. I rarely use NTB for these reasons, I doubt I would come back again."

Excellent job

The technician at NTB replaced my left front Strut, within 45 minutes. I was in and out and just that simple all my problems were solved.

Very first time at NTB. Service was fast, employees were very friendly.

Had a great experience at this NTB store. They were honest and didn't try and up sell me something I didn't need. All I needed was an oil change and although it took a few hours, they did an excellent job.
