Scheduling appointment online was easy. Tire price was the cheapest I found. Associate was friendly. Service was quick. And total invoice was actually less than the initial quote.

They forgot to fill up my windshield wiper liquid.

Everyone is always professional and nice. The work is always done well, and if something is incorrect, they correct it while trying to impact the customer as little as possible.

This alignment service was performed as part of the 5-yr alignment package purchased with a set of tires. The truck was in for a previous alignment on 12/29/2018 which was done (3) three times and the steering wheel was not centered. The truck was brought back for a fourth alignment and they could still not center the steering wheel. I was told to leave the truck and they would replace parts to fix it. I went to another alignment shop and they aligned/centered the steering no issues or parts.

I would come back fast and very satisfied

Took in for emmisions and inspection it past an inspection but they told me it needed 5 things for the inspection and they didn't give me the sticker saying the head gasket was part off the inspection and would fail it. Won't ever go there again.

"I scheduled an appointment same day and they took good care of me. Only one negative, I arrived @ 11:45 AM for a 12:30 PM appointment for 4 new tires and an alignment. I didn't leave until 3:15 PM. But the manager was very nice and it was very busy so I understand the wait. Sometimes you just have to be patient .....overall happy with my visit."

The professional team and knowledgeable response I received

The tech was new and after a week of driving the car the balance weights started to fall off. Took it back in found out the tires were all out of balance and they all needed rebalanced. Will not go back.

The appointment was on time. The associate was very friendly. Had alignment completed quickly which was an added task to appointment. I was only there for tire rotation. I always get good service at this facility.
