Originally, I callled a different tire place and was told they could schedule me 2 days out. Then I called NTB and was scheduled to have my tire patched within 2 hours! I was so relieved! When I arrived, staff was friendly and helpful. Within 30 minutes, Yohanna came to find me and give me my keys and receipt. She advised that because I had bought my tires at another NTB location, they had given me a credit for the cost of the tire patch! I was pleasantly surprised that she had looked in my history and provided such a kind act of customer service! I have always been a fan of NTB (having used NTB for years in MD), but now that I have found this location, I am happy to have a place to go to that I trust will provide great service!! I had a flat tire. This location was able to accommodate proper repairs, as well as complete the process hours ahead of communicated time due to a cancellation.

Had a 12pm appointment. Car was worked on right at the appt time. Tire got patched up and I was out the door in a half hour, and it was only ~$25. Very pleased.

The front office team was Excellent! The young lady I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful. Could not have asked for a better person, I’m retired from property manager for shopping malls, so I know great customer service. It was clearly exhibited here!
