Mike is always putting the customer first and he handles everything correctly. I am impressed that they always check for special discounts to apply during the initial buying decisions. The only thing that needs a fix up is the Salem NH Internet access for customers. Its been quite awful for over a year. Fixing that will make folks happier to wait. Its so slow you can hardly work while you wait on a laptop. Overall NTB Salem NH is my go to garage. No one can beat the pricing.

I scheduled a last minute road trip and was able to get online after 4 pm schedule an appointment for 630 the same day and was on the road in an hour with 4 new perfectly balanced tires. Counter guy did a good job explaining things and from the waiting area I watched the tech ( jason ) . He took great care with my vehicle and his work ethic and great attitude truly suprised me for a man as man in his position. I live20 minutes away but will be returning to request jason handle my vehicles in the past. As a business owner I really appreciate his no b/s work ethic . He was even aware enough to remove his gloves before opening the doors . Cleanliness and simple courtesy goes a long way

Service was fine

I had an unexpected back brake problem and they were able to fit me. I'm very appreciative that two employees (Tom and Adam) stayed past the scheduled closing time to fix my brakes as well as the tie rods as I had work early the next morning.

Alyssa was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was needed.

My 9am appointment was on the schedule when i arrived. The associate who greeted me was professional, knowledgeable and got the work started immediately. I was in and out quickly and the whole experience was exceptional.
