The initial quote (by Jay) did not match the final work order. Anthony explained to me that it was missing the 4 wheel alignment $89.99. I told him that the new price should have been shown to me on paper before the work so that I would not be surprised when it was time to pay the bill. It may have been my oversight on not understanding the alignment was required and not listed on the initial written quote, but I assumed that was the total price. Since it was a late appointment and I was tired, Anthony was kind enough to remove the wheel alignment charge. No hassle. In summary, there was a mistake made, which was then corrected to my satisfaction. Thank You.
