ian helped us with our battery purchase. he was extremely knowledgeable about our battery and warranty. he was very polite and helpful.

Messed up on my appointment. Forgot to write diwn that I had one and put me in the to do eventually pile. A half hour Sumter it was to be done I saw it hadnt been touched. When I told them, they took it right in. and then tire had leak day after. Had to bring back again. Just annoyed. Nice guys though.

The service technicians were not sure how to change the battery on my VW CC. A customer in the shop had, had some experience and explained to the technicians how to do it. They completed the task successfully.

Was able to get me in and out at a decent time frame, my tire holds air so far outstanding!!

I had an appointment for 4:00 pm. It was 5:40 before they had it done..

Did not tell me they were going to charge $26 to look at the brakes. I casually mentioned I thought there was something going on. Ever hear of a courtesy check?

If I could give a less than one star, I would. This specific site always take forever. You will have an appointment and show up and still have to wait hours past the timeframe initially allotted. They are not friendly and just expect you to come another day if they are behind. This service could definitely use better management. I continue to go there because I paid for a packaged deal.

After my 36,000 mile checkin at Toyota they shared that I needed new tires aSAP. I have holiday plans with many driving miles. Your app was unbelievably easy!I drove to the facility to confirm that they understood what type of tires I needed, that the tires were in stock and that they could get get them on my SUV today. In less than 4 hours I was safely on my way. Thank you! Excellent staff too. So kind and helpful.
