Throughout the entire process, John and Caleb were extremely responsive about getting my tires delivered and making an appointment to install them. They were very friendly throughout the appointment and took extreme care of my Tesla including using the correct equipment. There wasn't a spec of dirt, grease, or marks anywhere when they were done! I can't recommend this team enough!
