First I met Hazell Stoudmire and he was very friendly and helpful. I came in the next day for my appointment and was told what they were going to inspect and that I would receive a phone call to let me know what they determined that needed to be done. Mike called and told me what needed repair, told me the prices and that he would call when they were finished. They called to say that my car was fixed and I picked it up. Very professional people and very knowledgeable.

The professionalism and knowledge of the issue that I was having with beyond this world. I had been to many different service centers who was not able to help me with my issue for a stripped lug lock. However, once I took it to this location in North Olmsted. They knew exactly what to do without damaging my wheel. I will definitely be recommending to everyone.

I called Mike and he got us in right away for a flat tire - on a Sunday afternoon. All other shops said that they wouldn’t take us in because it was too close to closing. The tire got replaced and now my wife doesn’t have to be out of a car. We will be coming back and using this location in the future. Good service is harder to find now…glad to support a place that provides it. Thanks!
