Dylan Reagan was able to get my wife's car immediately after we called and assured her car would taken care of professionally and ready before closing. It was done to the minute that Mr. Reagan said it would be. My wife is leaving for Chicago on Wednesday to see our son and she is now more confident now that NTB took such good care of her car.

Great service

It was my first time there, and I was greeted immediately and told to wait a few minutes before being served. The two gentlemen who took care of me and made sure I was satisfied were Reuben Lockett and Dylan Reagan. When I was told there was a beverage station in the back, which I had never seen before, I was so impressed and would definitely recommend this place to my friends. This place and the service are explicit.

Great service

I was on my way to Cleveland when I noticed my left tire was bald. I stopped at this location hoping they would be able to get me new tires and I stopped in unannounced. I was extremely pleased they were able to get my tires from their location in Stow and got me going in a few hours! I will be getting my service done at this location since I'm new to this state!

Experience was smooth and easy. Work was completed in a timely fashion and I was highly satisfied with the outcome of my service. Bill was explained to my satisfaction.

I was on a very tight schedule. Service was provided in a very timely and professional manner.

Quality control is poor have had winter and all season tires swapped every time they mess up eitherthe sensor registration or the tpms valves leak. Will cease going to them in future tired of running back and forth to them

Poor customer service ever

Amazing staff great service and very hones and very reliable

I had a fully dead battery before work on that day and I was able to get a jump and brought it to this nearby NTB location. I had no appointment and I was able to get my battery replaced within 25 minutes total and was on my way back home to get ready for work. Excellent and kind staff at this location and I am very grateful that I stopped there.

The went above and beyond to explain and make sure everything was done right . Chevy dealership did not do a great job and they fixed what chevy did not .
