I needed a tire repaired. I had no appointment but Dylan Reagan got me right in. He assessed the situation and clearly explained what they were going to do. It was fixed quickly and I was back on the road in no time. I couldn't be happier. Step back a bit and let me share this -I had had a bad experience with another (competitor) auto shop so I didn't know where to go. It was my neighbor that gave NTB in Fairlawn, OH high praise and he was right! I'm definitely going to tell my friends about this very positive experience. It's nice to know there's still honest shops around.

I have been bringing in my 2015 Honda CRV here for many years - many months ago they noted my rear brakes w need immediate attention but I couldn’t afford at the time so the mgmt worked w me - checking my brakes when I’d bring the car in , today I finally could afford and called Brandon Morton at 9:00 am - he said “Bring it in - we will get it done for you today” (I’m thinking car w be ready at close 6pm). The oil change , tire rotation , battery check , brake fluid exchange , new rear brakes were all completed by 12:45 pm . This crew you have here w Brandon has always been a joy to work w - they explain their diagnosis, I explain my financial situation and then they work w me to make it all work and now they have maintained my car to get to 185k mi and possible next goal of 200k miles. I love working w this crew’
