Wonderful experience!!! Not only was the gentleman extremely friendly but very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to get me in and taken care.

My oil life indicator was not reset. After the service it still read 7%, not a big deal. But it happened on the service prior. My brakes (front) were reported being worn -- brakes all around were replaced 25k ago. The initial set lasted over 128K. Tires were not rotated.I suppose it's a bit unfair to rate first, face the manager there 2nd. Go by your experiences, not mine. I question all negative ratings if I find even one positive experience at a provider.But this is my review.

They got me very good tires at a great price.

A little over 4 hours to put a plug in a tire. At least it was covered by the extended warranty I have but still, 4 hours? The front desk guys definitely hate their job and it shows.

The customer service was just spied on everything about the gentleman was nothing but professional from his greeting till check out. He was extremely kind and extremely friendly and went out of his way to get me taken care of. Alex was wonderful wonderful representation of what a manager should be.

Overall the service was good but having to go back for the same problem 3 times is annoying

I had a wonderful experience today. Alex is so kind and caring make certain I was comfortable and went out of his way to get my issue taken care of. Alex is a real asset to this company and to the store he works at.

Didnt perform required service. Told me parts on my vehicle required replacement, which didnt (verified by other independent shops).

Work done quickly

Employees were incredibly nice and have a great effort to provide same day service. I can’t remember there names but it short like skin male and a tale white male. They both have great service and made sure I was taken care of.
