Alex was wonderful went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I didn’t make an appointment but he was able to get my vehicle in right away and the issue resolved. He really cares and it hard to find people who do in this day and age.

I was a walk-in customer on a busy morning (Saturday). Even though both service guys present were with customers, I was welcomed and noticed. When I did get to chat about what I needed, I was relieved to be advised quickly how long it would take to get to me and how long the work would take. I especially appreciate that because I am not left guessing how to decide whether to wait. Everyone I encountered communicated with me and made it a good experience. People make the difference!

The service technician (Shane) explained why my breaks may be squeaking even though the pads on the front look good. He said sometimes there is a dust buildup in the back break housing and it would take a cleaning of those to determine the cause if i continue to hear the squeaking. Since my biggest fear was replacing the pads, I asked if he could do it with my oil change appt and how much it would cost. it was 15 minutes extra and an additional $30+. He did it, and showed me all of the black dust that came out of the drivers side housing. I was so impressed and so happy that it didn't turn out the way I had feared. I trust this place and ALL of my cars will be seen by this group from now on. He deserves props!

NTB shop gave me the best price on tire installed, perfect service, good timing, very close to my home. been here before, will come back again. they have nice waiting room where you can watch how they work on your car. thank you very much! sam.

Got the tires I wanted on sale, so price was good. Service was excellent. Tires were balanced well as a ride later on proved. Overall good experience. Not my first time purchasing tires from NTB. I have been happy each time, so I would recommend NTB to others.
