My third experience at NTB Palatine. They may be under new management. Roni and Ashour assisted me. Came here on a busy Saturday, I knew I could expect to wait a few hours to replace a tire that I purchased here under the Road Hazard warranty only two weeks prior. I'm glad Roni recommended the warranty for only $11! Sure enough, I hit a nail on the outer wall which requires a new tire. They can't repair that type of damage. Since I was here, I asked them for a second opinion on my suspension that Firestone recommended needed replacement. Ashour illustrated the minor leakage that's common and not a concern. Only one strut was leaking and again it was minor. The other 3 struts were fine. They saved me a couple of thousand dollars by correcting the false assessment by Firestone. I think this location just became my go-to service provider. The greatest value you can provide your customers is honesty and integrity. Thank you NTB Palatine!
