Oliver was great! He took care of getting our tire assessed and suggesting replacement options. We didn’t feel pressured and liked the friendliness and genuineness of his support.

NTB always does a good job, but I hate the constant upselling! They come up with the most horrible things wrong with your vehicle, give you hundreds of dollars in quotes to get it fixed. It is very annoying! And just beware and get a second opinion before forking out all that money to fix who knows what.

Spencer was awesome. He managed to get my problem fixed in about 15 min. Also, I arrived 10 minutes before they closed and he made sure that my car was good to go. He was super helpful!

The tires werent installed correctly and on the day I got them. They went flat and they had to redo them. Then a week later one had impact damage in less than 7 days it had a huge bubble and kept going flat. I was charged the installation and disposal of the tire.

Wonderful customer service- helpful but not over bearing. Genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help, and went out of their way by staying a few minutes late in order to do so!

One star because zero star is not an option. I have only used NTB for the last 5 years. The NTB in Murfreesboro,Tn is awesome, the NTB in Cleveland,Tn is the worst den of thieves I have ever had the costly misfortune of dealing with. They stripped out my oil drain plug and then wanted $600 to repair it. They lied about a leaking tire( I found out later) and sold me on a new set.DO NOT,REPEAT,DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO NTB CLEVELAND, Tn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their job assignments, if you have to wait they explain all the issues causing the wait. They are a great staff.
