Only one side of tires rotated on the drivers side only, I thought both front and back on both sides were to be rotated? but it was not done and I hope I got the high mileage oil I paid for , I had a coupon but still..anyway I don't think I will go back there.

Amber Taylor and Marion Brown were both vey helpful and friendly. They both understood very well the symptom my car had as I described it to them and gave me excellent explanations of what the problem was and its solution.

Needed a new alternator on 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. Alternator was replaced OK. But when my wife went to leave, she noticed check engine light was now on. She asked counter guy about it, but he didn't offer to check it out. She brought van home and I saw that they didn't reconnect the EGR valve electrical connection. I reconnected and cleared code myself.

Marion was very helpful. I called and told him I had a tire that was losing air and if they could look at it soon. He told me to come on down and he would take care of it right away. I knew where the hole was and that it was too close to the side wall to be repaired. Marion helped me pick out a tire, they put the new tire on and I was on my way. It was a very good experience.

It was simple to make the appointment. I was seen when I showed up for my appointment. It was only late because the mechanic sat in the parking lot instead of starting work. The gentleman that checked me in was professional and knowledgeable when I asked him other questions about the maintenance of my car.
