Went in for a tire balance and rotation, came out with them finding numerous issues they wanted to fix.... $30 for a burned out reverse light that costs $1.97 to fix. Again, wanted tires balanced and rotated, not the HARD SELL as to why I should spend $1,000 on items that cost $100...

It's always easy to get an appointment and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I sometimes get nervous of getting my car serviced because I'm afraid they will try to upsell me on things I don't really need, but NTB is always honest and transparent about pricing and services. I will be back.

poor service they lied about changing air filter but charged me for it.

I got four new all season tires for my Acura RDX and was happy with how quickly they could get me in before the winter snow, and how quickly it took to put the tires on.

The associates were friendly and courteous. They took the time to work with me, and explain exactly what was going on.

Technicians were friendly and my appt. time was kept. Service needs were communicated to me before work was done.

Ease of scheduling, prompt and thorough service

Carlos handled a very difficult situation very well. Despite how insanely busy the shop was they made my vehicle a priority, Isaac & Chase did well communicating as well. The effort to go above and beyond when clearly they were slammed was much appreciated.

The guys who worked the front desk were so helpful. They helped me find the right size tires. Also, they gave me information about the costs for manufacturer-scheduled maintenance. Everyone was super positive and full of smiles.

Ease of making appointment is helpful. Knowing that service will be complete within a certain time is very helpful. Waiting area is clean.
