I needed to have the tires on my wife’s car before winter conditions set in. I called the NTB service center and the rep who answered the phone said they just had a cancellation and could take me right away. The technician who worked with me at the front desk outlined my choices and explained the NTB pricing with the promotion that was cueently being offered. I made my selection and he said that the service would take maybe an hour to an hour and a half. They were done in about 40 minutes. Overall, I was highly satisfied. The process was professional and efficient from start to finish. I will definitely return when the tires on MY car need replacement.

They gave me important information on the tires available for my car including warranty, road hazard package, tire rating and cost. They did the install in a timely manner including alignment. The team is friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs!

We were given a direct quote for the type of tire we were looking for, no extra costs. Dan knew what our budget was and made every effort to help us get what needed and stay on budget. We also didn’t have an appt and we still were taken care of in a timely manner. Will be going back in a couple weeks to get get the last 2 tires!
