Excellent Service. Would recommend them to everyone!

The only dissatisfaction, was the scheduling of the online timing. It was poorly coordinated with the actual business being transacted at the store. I spoke with the manager, and he said come on the end, at 1 o’clock even though my appointment was for 4 o’clock. That was my only option on the online, so I took it, but he already had several for the 4 o’clock slot, and there was nobody in the store at 1 PM. I came right in and he took a mediate care of me. Someone needs to coordinate the online booking with the store better

They got us right in and was finished with all 3 recalls by the end of business day.

The customer waiting areas are clean and spacious. The staff was professional and my service was faster than expected.

Had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door....was greeted promptly. Rockwall, Texas Location around 5PM CST. THe gentleman that helped me and checked me in, was great...Joyful, informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. We needed a new battery for my wife's car....& the Service was great, done in a timely fashion, and handled great. THe experience was very easy and pleasant, for sure. I live locally, work locally, and will refer folks that way due to the experience we had. Thanks again to the staff there at that Rockwall location, on 5/17/23 in the late afternoon/early evening. Geo special ordered the tires and even had them picked up for me so that he would have them there on a Sunday for me. When I arrived they took me in and got my vehicle taken care of as well as some other services. 10/10 would reccomend this location to everyone I know! Thanks for the great work!

Adam was extremely courteous and helpful! I was in need of a certain size of tire and he was able to order 4 of them for me. And told me that NTB could change my oil and do my inspection all in one day. Because of him, NTB got my business!!
