NTB-National Tire & Battery

Quality of the work was very good as usual. However, work on my vehicle was not started until an hour after my scheduled appointment. NTB offered excuses and apologies but bottom line is first come, first serve appears to be more important than a scheduled appointment.

The price was cheaper than I expected.

Could have been a better experience, but not even a thank you for your business after paying for the service. They are incapable of peeling off the old oil change sticker. Only wrote the mileage when the service was done, no date, or the next mileage service. The sticker was falling off when I got to the car, and they made a mistake writing the mileage with black market, and instead of using a new sticker, rewrote on top of the wrong number so you could not even read the number correctly.

Long long wait time. They were busy, so be sure to make an appointment. Not sure if that will make it faster though.

They didn't have the air filters on hand. Also you need to have the ability to replace batter yconnection terminals. My terminal was corroded through and they couldn't replace it

All good, but Im missing one valve stem cap.

I got a new battery, received a discount for old battery since it had been less than 4 years since I bought it, on a Sunday afternoon, with minimum wait time

Left bolts loose on center caps and one of them came off while driving

Could use new chairs in waiting room and cups for coffee and water

The service workers stood around too much instead of attending to my vehicle. The was only one other vehicle inside with three men working but it took 45-60 minutes to complete my oil change.

Scheduled brake check; I thought my brakes was what I could hear squeaking at times. Technician pulled all 4 tires check issue and reported my brakes were fine. Need shocks. Very satisfied that I was told truthfully about my vehicle.

Oil change due notification was not reset. Dirty finger prints were left on console between seats and drivers side door handle.

Went in for oil change 2 hours later I am told I need a new battery, new shocks and struts and jointsJust had new shocks, struts and tires last year and when I got home I checked the battery and the side post connections where loose. Will not go back

The whole experience was very nice we'll be back for sure

I wasnt happy, I feel like they tried to finagle me out of money. And told me its 81 per tire for 2 tires yet the bill was over 400
