Needed a new battery and a battery test just to make sure the old one was dead. Went to NTB mecause for my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT you showed a MTP battery for 139.00 I specifically went to get that battery and was told that no NTB carry it. A little decptive to advertise something for a decent price and not actually carry it in any of your stores. Its the only thing about the entire experience that was unsatisfactory.

After multiple attempts to get my tire fixed at another location. I finally drove the extra couple miles to Burleson and they took me in and got my vehicle done sooner than they expected.

We stopped by to check prices of tires, made the appointment for the following Saturday. We went to restaurant nearby for lunch, stopped back when finished and didn't have to wait too long for the tires to be put on our vehicle. Financing was offered but we chose to pay in full. Very pleasant experience.

Val and crew took very good care of me and my concerns. I can't say enough how appreciative I am that they understood my concerns and was able to help

Very helpful throughout the process

The actual service work was excellent as usual. I usually get an early appoint and the car is in and out in about 45 minutes. This time I decided the night before and ended up with a 10AM appointment an it took almost two hours to complete the service. Apparently the appointment does not provide priority over walk-ins. Next time I'll be sure to get the early appointment. or at least be there when the doors open.

Brandon was very efficient and kind. He explained upfront cost, callers to discuss anything that may possibly need done. There was an issue getting the filter from parts store, he went himself to go pick it up

Scheduled oil change with tire rotation/balancing. Service performed as requested. In and out in less than an hour.
