Very professional service and courteous staff

I bought these tires about a year ago with life time repair included. The tire was leaking air, I was able to make an appointment, your team looked at while I waited, they repaired and I was able to get on my way. Exactly what I wanted.

I am going back because there is still vibrations around my two front wheels.

Jeff took care of me from the very start. Meet me at the door and knew my name when I said I had an appointment (4 new tires and alignment). Quickly got me setup and the process moving and ensured I knew about the current special (buy 3 tires, get 1 free). After the vehicle was inspected, he mentioned a few items that were brought up. He walked me out to the shop to show me the one item he strongly recommended I address (shocks). I agreed and the job progressed. Once he had the shocks off the truck, he asked me to come out in the shop again and had me feel the difference in the old/new shocks.....night and day. Definitely time for replacement. They finished up and sent me on my way. Great experience! Will be back!

Not satisfied that I spent a arm and leg on warranty only to still have to pay over 100 bucks for the tire!

I had an appointment at 12:30 for a simple oil change and didnt get my car back until 3:00. It does NOT take two and a half hours for an oil change.

the friendliness of the store, and experience of it they were great. well being all my vehicles here.

First of all I call at 8:20 a.m and booked a appointment for 3:00 p.m arrived 10 mins early they said I didnt have a appointment. Then I asked to speak to the manager and he said you are looking at him he was rude. Fixing to go somewhere else because i feel like he didnt do his job right. It rides worse then ever.

They installed 3 tire sensors. None of them worked. I was told to come back today at 10am and they would replace them within 45 minutes. It is now 75 minutes later and they have not even started yet. The manager has an uncalled for attitude towards his customers and the service at this location is beyond bad. I wont come back

They took good care of me and very detailed.

They cannot manage the simplest task in a timely fashion. Everything takes hours. Today there were 2 customers in the garage and it took 1.5 hrs to even get my car into a bay and another hour to start the work. All bays are empty except for my car. Theres no telling how much longer it will be

Employees are always wonderful, helpful, and professional! We have been there many times, and always had a pleasant experience!
