Great Service

The first associate did not seam familiar with the computer or ordering tires. I was quoted an incorrect price for incorrect tires for my vehicle. The next associate was very informative and apologetic for the incorrect information and adjusted the price. I was so impressed purchased a cabin filter and a engine filter. The cabin filter was not in stock so I had to wait for one to be delivered. Thus my 3 hour wait time. Again the associate Aris Webb CSA was very apologetic and offered to buy me lunch should I return in the future. I left and came right back with cookies for him and his crew.

I called and spoke with CHarles. He was helpful and forthcoming When I arrived he explained exactly what could happen with my tire. The tire was able to be fixed even though Firestone had recommended over the phone that the tire be replaced. It is comforting to know that women are treated with respect and honesty when getting their car serviced.

The service work was so pleasant, he was knowledgeable, attentive ans passionate of customer satisfaction. The is major plus with me

I Love the customer service at the Matteson location , even though I live close to another location I wont go there for a lot of reasons. Reuben Lawrence-Thomas explained to me all my concerns about the new tires and the additional service that was needed for my car. He and his Manager David Washington both Volunteered to stay late to make sure I was satisfied with the service with just that one visit, I was also impressed by the tech who worked on my car (David) who did a wonderful job all while teaching a younger tech the correct way to do the job. I LOVE this location every time I come here I have a VERY SATISFACTORY experience. I just wish all the locations could be this GOOD.
