Second visit for us. This location saved the day a few weeks ago when we needed a tire replaced after a blow out. Today we came in for a tire rotation, very quick. Great customer service, will definitely use NTB for other car services.

Stopped by on a lark to see if I could get an oil change. Surprised, they could get me in. The attendant was professional and friendly. The waiting room was clean and uncluttered, though the chairs weren't very comfortable- not a deal breaker. They offered to change my bread fluid- which I already knew I needed so I didn't feel like it was an upsell. Overall it was a good experience.

I came into this NTB location specifically, as in the past the work performed has been stellar. In particular this time around, I had a nail in my left rear tire and Matt Beasley the store manager was right on it, took care of the repair and really made sure that the work would be done on time as promised. I will come back to this NTB store again for new tires in a short while for sure! Thanks, Chris

Customer service was great and they had the tires I wanted in stock. However, when I picked the car up one wheel had a pretty significant chip that I don't recall being there before.

Tire rotation was not done as requested. They just did oil change. Tire pressure was low, So I thought they will rotate tire and fix the tire pressure. But unfortunately it was not done.

Manager took time to bring out the 2 actual tires that we were interested in for me to see and touch. He openly discussed the pros and cons of each model and did not pressure me in either direction. I felt like I could trust him and NTB!

Friendly and Professional Staff!

Jeremy was extremely helpful and took me in as customer even though they were closing to change my leaking battery. Jeremy and Thomas were both very friendly and accommodating. I will come back to visit for other car services for sure!
