Thomas was very helpful and got me in and out very quickly, even though I showed up late in the afternoon for mounting and balancing four new tires. Great service.

The service writer offered additional services but did not attempt to strong arm me into additional services. The tech took his time to do a quality install, which was a welcome change.

That took me right in and performed the service quickly. They always are welcoming and friendly.

Service was excellent. I had "from Costco and Walmart and they matched the price for 2 tires and they seem to be more knowledgeable and more professional so I decided to go with them and I was pleasantly surprised.

I walked in (no appointment) and stated I needed a tire fixed and my tires balanced and rotated. The salesperson stated it would be about 1.5 hrs. After 30 minutes, he stated they didn't have time to do the balance, I just stated (irritated), just fix the flat. After about a total of 2.5 hrs, they fixed the flat, balanced and rotated the tires.
