Excellent as usual They always go the extra mile. Have been taking care of our tire and service needs for years.

The problem was with the NTB credit card not the location. You can no longer get a card for a purchase without applying at least 2-weeks out. So my regular tire purchases I usually use the NTB Card and the staff with the card service was rude appalled that the employee gave me the phone to enter my personal details and refused to help with transaction. They were obviously not interested in me being a customer. One QR code did nothing the other QR Code you can apply for the card at the end you are told allow 10-14 days for a response. A week later I got a letter asking for input I told them I was no longer interested in there service as it will not serve me The staff and store was awesome and very helpful.

I am a long term ntb customer and this was my first experience at this location. Jim Beswick and the tech who serviced my car have great service, greatly surpassing my experiences at previous locations. Plus after my call, they had my desired tires ready and waiting for me when i arrived. I will drive the extra mile to return for my next service!
