Carry -in tire repair, took about 3 hours. Repair was free under warranty.

We had a tire pressure alert, so I took the car to NTB. The tech spotted a nail in the tire, so I had them put air in it, took my wife home, and then brought it back for repair.They took the car into the bay almost immediately and repaired and balanced the tire quickly.

The store manager was very friendly and helpful, the service techs diagnosed the problem quickly and emailed my estimate within minutes. My repairs were completed within just a couple of hours from the time I approved the quote. Great job!

The staff is friendly and thorough pricing is fair. Also they make it to where you want to bring your vehicle back to have repairs done if they are not necessary at the time.

The service quality was good, but it was slow and over-priced. It took two hours for an oil change, rotation, and flat fix with an appointment.

I believe that Demeke Alexander Dunagin was looking out for my best interest by explaining the warranty of the battery. I was satisfied with the quality of the battery I received and the information provided by Demeke Alexander Dunagin. The speed of service was excellent. This is the first service station that could complete my service in less than 30 minutes. I have gone to many service companies. However, NTB is #1 in speed of service and quality products. I will definitely recommend NTB to my friends, family and associates. Overall I had an excellent experience.

Had a nail in my tire and the staff brought me in close to closing time and got me in and fixed quickly so I could get on my way home.

It seems like the MANAGER James Dewalt knew what was needed to get my Car safe to drive. Also Ms Dominique Horace gave good advice fixing the Car and price.
