Honest, great work, & Fair pricing

They were the only place open on a Sunday. I would have preferred to go to Discount Tire, where I bought the tires, since the patch would have been free. However, on a Sunday, and a Memorial Day holiday the day after, my choices were limited. They were slammed but they were able to get things done before I had to be at work that afternoon.

NTB is the best. Fast and when you need to have more then what you need they find ways to work with you to you riding.

The associate Alex helped me he is always friendly and helpful, all te guys Jorge and Kyle are always friendly and helpful as well those guys are who I come there for they rock, I hope they gets raises because they all deserve it

VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM the Gentleman named Gearge. Verry professional and very knowledgeable on all producst and services NTB has to offer. My vehical was brought in for a road hazzard issue with one of my tires The issue was addressed in a very timely fashion as always.

I was having trouble with my car engine starting so I thought that the battery was probably low and I drove my car to NTB an assessment and I was told the battery power was low. I told the man behind the desk that car needed a new battery and he looked up the prior history of the battery and he stated I would be entitled to discount on the new battery. I authorized the purchase and installation of a new battery. I was at the NTB location between 45 minutes to an hour. I had no problems with the service I received.
