Love NTB. They always give me what I ask for and don't try to upsell me a bunch of bogus services I don't need.

Easy to make an appointment, work gets done quickly, location is close to home, staff are polite and friendly, I don't get charged if records show fix to tire is within warranty.

Found out brake some little broke front left and repair after low tire for fixed tire but no brake left red warranty why and some man was paid for me that and he wrote note Dont Forget that Jesus Love you I was surprised that.

I ordered two tires on a thursday and schedule an appointment for friday write the next day. Because of my schedule I had to postpone and reschedule for Sunday. But on saturday I was able to finish Early with my Work and stop by To see if they would be able to take my truck in and they were.

Good NTB Service found one tire tore like cut and free new tire front right last Tuesday and I have warranty 4 tires with 60,000 miles last year May 2018

NTB has always been the best place to go for great service. They will match or better any competitors prices. You can't go wrong with NTB.

I liked the service

Regualr maintenance consisting of Tire rotations, wheel balancing, and Wheel alignment. Services were free because I had already paid for a plan.

My service was completed sooner than estimated. Waiting room was quiet and clean. Both attendants with whom I interacted were pleasant, efficient and knowledgable.

Vehicle wouldn't start so took to NTB and purchased a new battery.

In and out fast and very nice employees.

As always, NTB takes care of their customers.
