The staff and service was great - as usual!

Lack of mature service professionals and constant turn over of employees. Rather than being able to trust the service providers, I have to question, monitor and inspect their work to ensure that its done. As an example, on two different oil change service packages my truck was returned to me as ready with all expected service completed only to find that the tire rotation had not been done.

This NTB is well run and everyone is very friendly. They knew what was needed and they worked professionally and efficiently.

They failed to rotate the tires as a part of the oil change and vehicle inspection package. After I pointed the omission of this service the problem was corrected. No apology or compensations were offered or given.

They very informative and very nice people as well. Helped fix the car quickly.

This is the 2nd visit that they said my service of the oil change with multi-point vehicle inspection along with tire rotation was completed and that I was ready to checkout only to help them realize that the tire rotation had not been performed. They did immediately return to the service bay to rotate the tires wit an apology. They offered no other compensations.

A really great store very kind people

Purchased a set of new tires plus oil change and discovered that one rim had been damaged and required replacement at their expense. Also there was an overcharge for the oil change with a promise of a free oil change on my next visit. My intent is to use a different NTB location.

MY CAR WAS RECEIVED AS SOON AS I ARRIVED TO MY APPOINTMENT, AND IT TOOK THEM A FEW MINUTES LESS THAN THE 30 MINUTES THEY ESTIMATED FOR THE ROTATION JOB TO BE COMPLETED.
