The employees were very presentable. They explained my opinions to me and very patient. Gave me several opinion and when my pick did work they had to call in an order and that order showed up in less then 2 hours. The time to replace my tires was reasonable. And most important they used plastic bags to cover my seats so they wouldn't get dirty from employees clothing. Like oils or dirt etc..

Store called and wanted to do a radiator flush, store doesn't have the proper tools to complete the flush. Was taking car in to get oil change and tire rotation. Got back to the store to pick car up and tire rotation wasn't done. They had to take car back to complete the tire rotation.

I had a bad day here. I called ahead to make sure they had all four tires in stock. They started work and came to a halt when they couldn't find the fourth new tire. Now I had three new tires and one old tire. At my urging, they called another location to find the fourth tire and I drove there to complete the work. After all was done I drove home and checked the lug nut torque on all four wheels. I discovered one lug nut crossed threaded and a ruined stud. Only one tire had a new valve.

I was told my wait time was about two and half hours but it was only one hour and five minutes for my repairs.
