I was satisfied with my experience because I went online to the website to find tires for my car which I did, then scheduled the appointment, which I did and it was the best experience overall. Then the Associate that checked me in was the best and the manager/supervisor checked the tires before I drove off was also very professional and helpful. These guys made buying tires extremely pleasant and less intimidating.

My car didn't pass inspection the first time, but, the guys at NTB let us know that it was because the car had to reset due to the battery being replace. We ran it for awhile and it passed with flying colors the second go-round. Great service!
