I've had my car serviced at this location several times and always receive great service. I'm always informed on what's being done with my car. The waiting needs upgrading there's a lot of wear and tear happening.

Even though NTB was a lot busier than I expected for a Sunday morning, they did a great job replacing the tires on my Nissan Xterra. Also, I'm really glad that I made an appointment ahead of time, as they actually had to turn customers away later in the day due to the fact that so many people came in earlier or already had appointments. I also like the fact that I received a coupon for $10 off my next service of $60 or more.
