NTB-National Tire & Battery

The service was great! I actually went to a different location that was really busy and was told it would not be ready until the end of the day. So, I went to this location and they placed me in line and had me rolling in about an hour.

Came in a few weeks back had a viberation, someone told me it was my tires, the man went on a ride with us, letting us know it wasn't the tire. Had a friend look at my front struts and they was bad so replaced them

The folks there are very nice, but it took them 4.5 hrs to get my tire put on. Then they told me it be another hour before they could do my alignment, so I scheduled an appointment to the alignment the following day. It took them another two and half hours to do that. I think next time I will try and find another NTB to do my service.

Walked in and was greeted right away, the guy was very nice and helpful. He got my information and started working on getting my car in.

When I purchased the tires a paid the extra for the warranty. after 1 1/2 years My wife got a nail stuck in one. Took it in and because the warranty is only good for a year after that its prorated. They only wanted to give me 20 dollars off the next new tire and they refused to repair the tire. I asked for it back took it somewhere else got it fixed and was told the tire was still in good shape fairly new. NTB only out to make money. Never had this issues with Discount tire. Never buy from NTB
