Quick, easy, very friendly service, top tier coming from someone working in Service 👍

always great service, however need to remind the tech to reset the oil monitor, and place a new sticker on the window. If those small little items are missed it makes the customer ask what else did they miss if the little things are overlooked!!

I have been coming to this store for over two years and I plan to continue coming here.

My tires were not rotated on this trip. They said the condition of my tires prevented them from rotating them

I initially talked to Tanner on the phone and he was very nice! When I came in to your store I spoke with Josh Lopez. He was very nice and helpful. He came out to my car and looked at my tires and we assessed and discussed what I needed as well as what tires were for sale, etc. I made an appointment for 3pm so I went home and took care of somethings and returned. My car was ready in about 2 hours. Josh was so patient and he also spoke to my brother on the phone about the tires and the warranty. I will definitely return to NTB. The technician was very friendly when he dropped my keys off. He also put the spare back in its location under the car, which I did not expect.

Employees were standing around talking didn't think they ever start on simple tire rotation. Also tire pressure was a different weight on each tire!!

Michael and Tanner went above and beyond to ensure I was driving a safe vehicle

Wasnt happy that they did have my brand there, not liking the new brand as they make my vehicle veer slightly to left even after the alignment.

I havent been to NTB in a while but this was the first time that they didnt rotate my tires and when I asked if they did the response was you didnt ask. To me it was them trying to get me in and out of the door.

Michael Delack made it fast and easy and explained it well.
