The gentleman who took care of us at the front desk was so kind and friendly. He really took care of us. We had a whole in our tire that we needed patched. Best experience we’ve had getting work done on our car in a long time

Blow out on new tire (hit something in road), Road hazard ins covered. Only complaint is the long wait up front just to speak to someone. Great svc otherwise.

The staff was pleasant and positive with good humor and willing to help. It was late on a Friday afternoon and all worked as a team to serve me. They all seemed to enjoy their jobs, and enjoy working with each other. They were professional and courteous and efficient. I appreciate the atmosphere they provided while I waited for my service.

Tire pressure wasn't checked. I asked for 35 lbs.

James was great. Handled a warranty claim, got the tire, got it installed, communicated through the entire process.

I ha e a nail in my tire which could not be replaced. Jefferson was out of stock so I went to a competitor to get my new tire

Love the prices at NTB, but 20-30 min wait each time you walk in the door to get someone to help you. REALLY need to beef up customer service. One guy up front in not enough!

Great managers and crew

When I made this appointment for a flat tire repair, I was informed that it could be an hour wait. I arrived approx 5 minutes early. At 2:05, I asked the associate how much longer the wait since I had been here for 1 hour. He informed me that they were under staffed and that it would be checked momentarily. 2:37, the associate came to inform me that the tire could not be repaired. This is poor business and customer service.I will NEVER return to your business. Sheree Crotty

Easy to schedule appt, took car right away and finish service in time indicated. Friendly service

Had a scheduled appt time - for a tire rotation/balance - took almost an hour after my scheduled time to get my car on the rack, the visit was almost 2.5 hours from the time i got there- There were a lot of disgruntle customers who had been waiting longer than that - this store needs to look at their staffing - this isn't the first time I had to wait for an extended period of time at the Tire Kingdom in Matthews, NC - I will more than likely go else where for my next service -

Lady at the front desk had a poor attitude. I have an issue with my tires and manager needed to attend to it but he was at lunch and no one knew when he was due back. He returned to look at my tires, the computer and then disappear. He was emptying off the tire delivery, didn't seem to matter i was already waiting 1.5hrs for service. I left without service. And they misplaced my key. I will never use them for tires or service. Worst customer service ever.

In and out no problem

I moved from Fairfax, virginia about 2 1/2 years ago to Charlotte, NC area and while living in Virginia and now here I have been always highly satisfied with the services.
