I called on a Sunday afternoon, I had something in a tire that would not hold pressure. I talked to Chris and he said he was short handed and had appointments, to drop the car off and the repair would be completed by 4:00pm when they close. If there was a cancellation, he would call me. After an hour and a half or so, not very long as I anticipated the 4:00 time frame, Chris called to tell me the tire was repaired, they found a screw in the tire. I was so happy that he took the time to take care of me on a Sunday! and short handed. KUDOS to him and the staff there!! I am a loyal customer!!!

Devin and the staff at NTB helped me when I was traveling away from home, needing safe tires to get me to Virginia and back to Illinois. They were extremely helpful and professional, making sure I had the correct tires for my old (2007) Suburban. May God bless them all! And also, they helped me on Tuesday morning. I started driving at 11:30 am. By 1:00 it was raining and continued to rain the rest of Tuesday, I was very grateful that I had 4 new tires to do that driving down I-77 in the rain, up and down all those hills, driving with all those trucks….
