The staff here is always clear and kind. I never feel like they’re trying to upsell services to me that I do not need. I live about 25 minutes away from this location but I won’t take me car anywhere else. They are very trustworthy.

The problem was quickly diagnosed and a suitable plan executed. The tires (Michelin) were in stock, and quickly mounted and installed.

Because the appointment was taken care of very easily the work the one of the mechanics treats my car like it was his and he was very efficient too

Addressed matters above and beyond the scheduled oil change & tire rotation---even as small as they may seem. Been to this shop before and staff always helpful & courteous. These are reasons why I will continue to come back

My headlight was out on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee and I needed an oil change. I scheduled my appointment and dropped off my car. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Rick. Turns out my headlight was not burned out, but apparently it was only a bad connection which the NTB tech discovered quickly. I picked up my car which had received a very quick oil change and was on my way. Rick is one of the reasons I return to NTB. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He is a very good representative of the company. I left as a very satisfied customer. (I could have been sold a new bulb and never would have know the difference, but that is not what happens at NTB)

The employees are so nice and make you feel super comfortable through whatever you need, they went above and beyond for me by making sure I got the best price out the door and when I came back asking for more, after only my first visit, they treated me like a loyal customer. This NTB is my go to shop from now on!
