I love being able to reserve a time for service via your website. Check in was easy and quick. No waiting in line. Work was completed in less than an hour. The website presented complete information on my tires. No other tire store does that. Very impressed and happy. Will definitely return for future work. I didn't catch the name of the person who assisted me, but he was very professional and experienced. Exceptional knowledge and nice personality.

I got to NTB first thing in the morning after I got into my car to go to work and saw the warning light that said my driver's side rear tire was very low on air pressure. They took me right away, took out a large nail I had picked up, repaired the tire, and made sure the tires were balanced and were wearing evenly. The counter person even replaced my tire's pressure sensor for free. And I went on my way. I was there less than an hour.

Very professional and got the work done in a timely manner

I went to NTB when I had a flat. I did not have an appointment. After looking at the tire it was determined that I needed one tire and told I would need new tires by winter. I got 4 new tires since I was going on a long trip this day. I was told that they could start to work on my car, but since I did not have an appointment and with only one tire technician, they would have to pull him off the job if they showed up. No guarantee when it would be done. Fortunately, the appointment didn't show up. Some of the technicians pitched in to get the work done. In less than an hour, I had 4 new tires and an alignment. I was able to start my trip only an hour late. Richard Rounds was GREAT! And the staff did an excellent job to get me on my way Not the first time I have gone to NTB, and not the last.

Service was excellent, as usual. Done sooner than I was told and I was VERY satisfied!

Brought in for a inspection reason. They did the inspection of the they did the inspection of the vehicle, check the tires and ordered the part that needs to be replaced. Left with knowing that the car needs to go back at another time
