Everyone was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about my vehicle's needs. Jennifer did a great job looking up the status of truck's tire history so I could know when tires were last rotated; it helped me decide if it was needed along with balancing (it wasn't). Mechanics balanced tires, were efficient and timely in their work, and left the vehicle neat and clean afterwards. My wife and I really appreciate how this Mandarin location services our vehicles and how they treat us as customers.
